Here are the basics for land conversion in the land measurement system in Thailand which will measured in Sq.wah, Ngan and Rai
1 sq. wah = 4 sq.m 100 sq.
wah (or 400 sq. m.)= 1 ngan
4 Ngan (or 1600 sq. m) = 1 rai
1 hectare = 6.25 rai or 10,000 sq. m.
Land or house prices will calculate per Rai or Sq. wah.
Condominium will calculate per Sq.m. In Thailand, the size of land is ex-pressed in rai , ngan and square wah (or talang wah).
